To prepare the best-personalized treatment plan for you, we will ask for some details, photos and previous tests, if required, from your side and transfer them to our doctors for a detailed assessment.
In this online video consultation, we introduce your doctor to you and give you the time and opportunity to ask your doctor all of the questions in your mind related to your treatment. During your video consultation, you and your doctor will be discussing the treatment options and will decide what is the best option for you.
We will get your personalised treatment plan from our doctors quickly and prepare your inclusive price offer. In this phase, you will have the opportunity to ask all questions you have related to your treatment. When you decide to go for your treatment, we will need a deposit payment which is 10% of your total package price to book your treatment date and arrange your accommodation and transfers.
You can make your deposit payment with a safe bank transfer to our UK account and get a confirmation and an invoice immediately after. You can pay the remaining balance in cash or via bank transfer.
After your deposit payment is confirmed, the only thing you need to do is to book your flights and send us the details, then we will take care of the rest. We will book your treatment date, hotel accommodation, and airport transfers and we assign a patient representative to you.
On your arrival in Izmir/Turkey, you will be picked up from the airport by a VIP transfer car and taken to your hotel. On your treatment day/s, you will be picked up from your hotel by your patient representative and taken to our partner clinic/hospital.
First of all, you will have your initial consultation with your dentists/doctors where you will be examined and discuss your treatment face to face. Your pre-operative tests (dental x-ray for dental treatments, blood tests and chest x-ray for cosmetic surgeries, eye tests for eye surgeries) will be performed. If all the test results are suitable for your treatment, you will make your payment for the remaining balance and your treatment will start.
For dental treatments, the first day is generally the longest day, taking up to 2-3 hours. At the end of the first session, we will provide you with the necessary medication i.e. painkillers and/or antibiotics. Your next appointments are decided after the first day depending on the treatment.
For cosmetic surgeries, you may need to stay at the hospital for a few days depending on the surgery. Your surgeon sees you before your discharge and checks if everything is alright. After your discharge, we will provide you with the necessary medication i.e. painkillers and/or antibiotics.
For eye surgeries, there is no hospital stay required unless it is needed. You rest a few hours at the hospital, your eye surgeon sees you before your discharge and checks if everything is alright. After your discharge, we will provide you with the necessary medication i.e. painkillers and/or eye drops.
For dental treatments, the appointments are decided after the first day depending on the treatment and in accordance with the laboratory. You have at least one rehearsal session for the crown treatment and one session for the finish.
For cosmetic surgeries, your surgeon sees you before you fly back home and give you the fit to fly report.
For eye surgeries, your surgeon sees you before you fly back home and perform the last check-up.
On your departure day, you will be picked up from your hotel and taken to the airport by a VIP transfer at an informed time.
