If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Clinic Travel Turkey does not control or operate any JCI accredited hospital/approved partner clinic, neither does it operate or control any facility or service provided by the JCI accredited hospital/approved partner clinic mentioned in this website and hence, Clinic Travel Turkey can not be made liable / responsible for any delay, default, failure, improper services / deficiency in services provided by the JCI accredited hospital/approved partner clinic and/or for any injury, sickness, accident, discomfort, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever which may arise due to any act of negligence, deficiency or default in services, of the management or employees of the JCI accredited hospital/approved partner clinic.

Overview

By using www.clinictravelturkey.co.uk – Clinic Travel Turkey’s online and official website for Medical Tourism in Turkey – you hereby agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement (“Agreement”). In www.clinictravelturkey.co.uk, Company (“Clinic Travel Turkey”) reserves the right at its discretion to change the Terms of this Agreement and will provide notice of any such changes by online posting. Your continued use of Clinic Travel Turkey’s online and official website after the posting of any notice of change in terms shall constitute your agreement to be bound by any such changes.

Definitions

Clinic Travel Turkey is the official owner and administrator of www.clinictravelturkey.co.uk and www.clinictravelturkey.com. 

Description of Service

Clinic Travel Turkey is a medical tourism provider striving to simplify the process for those seeking medical and health treatment in Turkey by arranging each and every step of your medical travel. Being in partnership with highly qualified and experienced professionals in the fields of dental, cosmetic and eye treatments as well as thermal treatments, children dentistry and check-ups and internationally accredited hospitals as well as renowned hotels and transportation agencies, Clinic Travel Turkey aims to make it great, easy and comfortable for you to have a desired medical travel. 

Not A Health Care / Medical Service Provider

Clinic Travel Turkey is not a healthcare service provider and as such will never provide direct advice on a client’s treatment. Clinic Travel Turkey does not control or operate any medical facility offered by the hospital or treating institution it is affiliated with in the medical tourism destination. Clinic Travel Turkey is a medical tourism facilitator and we only work with highly qualified and experienced professionals in the fields of dental, cosmetic and eye treatments as well as thermal treatments, children dentistry and check-ups to help to coordinate the client’s trip. Any treatment plans given will never be from Clinic Travel Turkey , only from a licensed doctor we work with. Clinic Travel Turkey accepts no liability for any advice given from any third part licensed doctors or hospitals and we always recommend that clients consult their local doctor to discuss the treatment options given to them.

Treating Institutions

The JCI accredited hospital/approved partner clinic shall be solely responsible for all treatment to be provided by it to the Participants/Patient, including but not limited to surgical, medical, wellness, beauty and all related queries, opinions and complications and Clinic Travel Turkey shall not be responsible for the same.

Any emergency, complication or medical requirement, of whatsoever nature, arising with regard to the Participant/Patient’s treatment due to the Participant/Patient’s present or past illness or the side effects/allergy of/to drugs or lack of adequate treatment, pre, during or post treatment will be the absolute responsibility of the Treating Institution and/or the treating Doctor, as the case may be, and Clinic Travel Turkey shall not be responsible for the same.

Clinic Travel Turkey Treatment Packages

The healthcare packages offered by Clinic Travel Turkey in association with the partner healthcare providers will be provided on the following Terms and Conditions:

(A) Medical Evaluation and Price Offer

After the first contact, Clinic Travel Turkey organizes a video consultation with the doctor who is going to perform your medical treatment in Turkey. Before your video consultation with your doctor, your doctor may require some tests, x-rays, previous and current health condition information, etc. to be able to evaluate your condition better and prepare the best personalized treatment plan for you. In this video consultation, Clinic Travel Turkey introduces your doctor to you and give you the time and opportunity to ask your doctor all of the questions in your mind related to your treatment. During your video consultation, you and your doctor will be discussing the treatment options and decide together what is the best treatment option for you.The initial consultations would be complementary and you and the healthcare professional are under no obligation until after your pre-treatment consultation.

Clinic Travel Turkey reminds you that all kind of healthcare procedures, transplants, replacements or surgical or otherwise carry certain risks and therefore you and the healthcare professional have to agree about the anticipated outcome of the procedure to be undertaken.

After the video consultation and evaluation of medical records, Clinic Travel Turkey would prepare your price offer based on your treatment details and in 24 hours send you the price offer in written. The price offer would include only the services detailed in it. If any non-predicted cost appears after the face-to-face consultations and subsequent pre-treatment medical examination or diagnostic report once you are in Turkey, they will be properly detailed in order to obtain your authorization and consent. If you agree to proceed with Clinic Travel Turkey’s price offer, you will be signing a contract which shows all the services to be arranged for you as well as all of the responsibilities of you and the company in the frame of your medical travel to Turkey. After signing the contract, you can choose a payment method which fits you the most. You can pay for your treatment by credit/debit card or via a bank transfer. Finance is also available for all of the services offered by Clinic Travel Turkey for the UK residents.

The price offer presented would not include:

Insurance and any additional medical expenses for the medications or procedures in case of unforeseen complications. Make sure you discuss this with the doctor before the procedure and or advised to take medical as well as travel insurance before arriving into Turkey for your medical treatment.

International Airfare / International or Domestic Air tickets / Turkey Visa etc. are not included in the price offer.

(B) Payment mode and terms:

After your video consultation with your doctor, you will receive a written price offer in 24 hours. If you choose to proceed, you will be paying the amount of 10% of your medical travel package in advance. This is a non-refundable amount. Following that your treatment, accomodation, and other treatment related details will be booked. The rest of the payment should be done at least 15 days before your travel to Turkey.

You can pay for your treatment by credit/debit card or via a bank transfer. Thanks to our solution partner Ideal4Finance, finance is available for all of our services for the UK residents.

Clinic Travel Turkey’s Cancellation Policy:

Refund

In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance), the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 1 week in the UK and may take longer for international bank transfers due to banking procedures. 

Travel, Transfers, Accommodation, Other Activities/Services

Clinic Travel Turkey shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country before commencing travel. All baggages and personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.

All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnity and hold Clinic Travel Turkey, it’s proprietor, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service in violation of this agreement and/or any breach of your representation and warranties set forth above.

Discrepancies

In case of any medical discrepancy or conflict for immutability of malpractice carried out by the patient, all the concerned parties establish and agree that all judicial action must be carried out by the patient towards the medical professional/healthcare center/hospital only within the jurisdiction of Turkey, and that action will not be extended towards Clinic Travel Turkey, it’s managing company Clinic Travel Turkey or any of it’s proprietor and employees since it is a company that puts at the disposition of the patient different professional options through listing their services without exercising/practicing medicine professionally.

Disputes

If there is any dispute about or involving the website and/or the service, by using this website, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of Turkey without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and central courts of Turkey.

Acceptance of these terms

By using Clinic Travel Turkey’s website, you signify your acceptance to our terms and conditions, if you do not agree with these terms and conditions, then you may not use this website.
